Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.


You agree to be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Site and Services, and you shall be responsible for all charges related thereto.


You understand that we cannot and do not promise, guarantee, or warrant that files you download through the Internet will be free from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code that may be destructive. You are responsible for implementing sufficient safeguards for yourself. We do not assume any responsibility for your use of the Internet.

Every order issued by the customer(s) shall not be binding on the company unless acknowledged by the company in writing. The orders which are once canceled by the company for any reason the customer will be refunded the complete amount if the payment mode is Card. If the payment mode is COD the order will be cancelled by informing the customer. The Company reserves its right to refuse orders at its sole discretion without assigning any reasons.

The content of the Site and/or Services may not be complete or up-to-date and should not be used to replace any other statements or notices provided by us. Information obtained by using the Site and/or Services is not exhaustive and does not necessarily cover all relevant issues.

All products sold on the Site are sold with the warranty of their respective manufacturers and with the Music Stores 15 days return/price protection policy. Except for those warranties and any other written warranty shown on the Site or purchased on the Site all products and Services are sold without warranty express or implied, and include no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

You will indemnify and hold Music Stores, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, licensees, customers, content providers, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors and contractors (“ Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any breach of these Terms of Use by you, including any use of content from the site other than as expressly authorized by us in these Terms of Use. You agree that the Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use. You agree to indemnify any and all resulting loss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees of the Indemnified Parties in connection herewith. You will also indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any claims brought by any third parties arising out of your use of this Site or the Services.


All comments, reviews, articles, sound files, videos, and photographs (collectively “Submitted Content”) you submit to Music Stores directly or through user surveys become the property of Music Stores and, except as otherwise specifically stated on the Site, you grant a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license giving Music Stores the right to use the Submitted Content for any purpose, including, but not limited to the advertising and promotion of the Site and the Services.

Any passwords used for registration on the Site are for individual use only. You are solely responsible for the security of your password. We may monitor your password and, at our discretion, require you to change it. If you use a password that we consider insecure, we may require it to be changed or we may end your account.

If you become involved in any violation of system security, we reserve the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. We reserve the right to investigate all suspected violations of these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting disclosure of the identity of anyone posting any e-mail messages, or publishing or otherwise making available any materials that are believed to violate these Terms of Use.


You agree that Music Stores shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Services and the use of the Services by you and other users (including, without limitation, by keystroke capture) to determine compliance with this Agreement and for any other purpose deemed appropriate by Music Stores and further that Music Stores may use the information gathered during such monitoring for any purpose deemed appropriate by Music Stores to the extent permitted by law. You further agree that subject only to Music Stores Privacy Policy as it may change from time to time, personal data provided by you to Music Stores may be used, to the extent permitted by law, for any purpose Music Stores deems appropriate and may, within Music Stores sole discretion, be given or sold to our affiliates or third parties. You acknowledge that you understand that when you disclose personal information (e.g., user name, e-mail address) on the Site or Services, that information can be monitored, collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other users or other third parties and that you consent to all such monitoring, collection and use. If you object to our sharing of your personal information, you may opt out of information governed by mandatory opt-out provisions under the Financial Services Modernization Act and the Fair Reporting Act, to the extent required by such acts, if we ever collect such information and even though we are not governed by those acts.

You agree that Music Stores in its sole discretion, shall have the right, but not the obligation, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any Submitted Content, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if Music Stores considers that the Submitted Content constitutes or promotes gambling or any illegal activity, or if Music Stores considers the material to be pornographic, sexually explicit, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you shall remain solely responsible for the content of material you upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site or the Services. Furthermore, you acknowledge that the Site and Services may not be monitored that you do not rely on Music Stores to monitor or edit the Site or Services, and that the Site or Services may contain content that you find offensive, and you hereby waive any objections you might have with respect to viewing such content.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and understand the importance of a clear and hassle-free shipping and returns policy. Shipping Options

We partner with Nimbuspost and Shiprocket to offer an exceptional shipping experience. These aggregator services utilize prominent courier services such as Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, and Amazon Shipping to ensure your package is delivered promptly and safely. The selection of the courier service is determined based on the delivery location and the courier's performance in that area to guarantee the best service.

Note: Shipping charges of 100 INR per kg will apply if a customer returns an item or fails to collect it upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. All items we sell are brand new and come with the manufacturer's full warranty. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. For example, if you receive your shipment on 01/12/2015, you must return it by 10/12/2015.

Shipping Damage

If you receive a shipment with visible damage to the packaging, please refuse delivery. We highly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt to ensure it is in proper working condition.

Returning an Item

Items eligible for return must be in resalable condition, meaning they are exactly as received, with all original packaging, blank warranty cards, manuals, and without any signs of wear or use. In cases where the product is not returned in its original condition, the return may be refused.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges will be refunded if the product received is damaged in transit. For all other returns, shipping and handling charges will apply.

Return Shipping Process

Return shipping is hassle-free with our fedex return shipping method. Please keep the package ready; our executive will pick it up from your doorstep at no extra cost.*

*In unforeseen circumstances where we cannot pick up your return, you may need to ship the products back to us. Rest assured, we will refund the logistic charges once the product is received at our facility.

Refund Process

  • COD Returns: All refunds for Cash on Delivery purchases will be issued via Check or Bank Remittance as per the customer's preference. Customer account details will be requested upon initiating the return.
  • Card Payment Returns: Refunds for purchases made via Debit/Credit cards will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the return request.

Please Note: cds, dvds, software, and specific other items are not eligible for return.Also products which have free softwares provided should not be used for returning the item. Refunds will only be initiated after the returned item is received by us.

You can cancel your order depending on its current status:

  • Preparation-In-Progress/Awaiting COD Validation/Awaiting Payment Confirmation: These orders have not yet shipped. To cancel, please login to your account and submit a cancellation request or email us at using the same email address used to place the order. Online payments will be refunded within 2-3 working days.
  • Shipped Orders: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled until it's received. After receiving, you can request a return by logging into your account or contacting us at with your order reference. Refunds are processed upon receiving the returned shipment.

  • Dispatch Within Indicated Days: Items labeled as “We Dispatch within Indicated Days” may require additional time for shipment from alternate locations or directly from our suppliers. This process includes testing before dispatch and may vary depending on the product.
  • Special Orders: Custom orders or special requests may require additional time for procurement and dispatch, as these items often come directly from our suppliers.
  • Order Changes: Should there be any adjustments to the shipping time, our team will promptly communicate with you to confirm dispatch approval.

Shipping Charges and Transaction Fees:

  • Music Stores offers free shipping for orders above INR 5,000. However, certain exceptions apply:
  • Products of low value and high volume/weight may incur shipping charges.
  • Shipments to remote locations not covered by our courier partners may attract shipping charges.

Delivery Availability Check & COD

COD and Delivery Checks: Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for products priced over INR 20000/-. Our product pages feature a Delivery Availability Checker to estimate delivery time and verify COD eligibility based on your pin code. This Delivery Availabitity checked is irrelevant to the product it is only to check the pin code and cod availability.

Cancellation and Order Mistakes: A transaction charge of 2.5% is applicable if an order is cancelled before shipment or if an incorrect product is ordered.

Return Policy and Shipping Charges:

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order is damaged in transit or received in a non-working condition, we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Errors: For returns necessitated by customer mistakes or order changes, with no fault of Music Stores, a shipping fee of INR 200 per kg will apply, calculated based on volumetric weight or actual weight, whichever is higher.

Courier Partners and Shipment Modes:

Courier Partners: We collaborate with Nimbuspost and Shiprocket, leveraging top courier services like Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, and Amazon Shipping, selected based on delivery location and performance for optimal service.

Shipment Modes:

  • Surface shipments travel by road, typically for items weighing over 3kgs.
  • Air shipments are used for lighter packages under 3kgs.
  • Transport mode is employed for heavy items like pianos or drums over 20kgs, delivered to your doorstep by trusted carriers like VRL.

Insurance and Safety:

  • Transit Insurance: Rest assured, all shipments are transit-insured for damage protection. However, to claim insurance, please do not accept delivery if the outer package is excessively damaged.
  • Unboxing Video: For a smooth transaction and to assist in any claims, taking a video of the unboxing process is recommended.
